At Elite Sublimation Designs, we take pride in producing high-quality metal prints and personalised products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom & Personalised Products
Due to the personalised nature of custom products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:
-Change of mind
-Incorrect image selection by the customer
-Customer spelling, wording, or design errors approved prior to production
-Colour variations resulting from screen and monitor differences
-Customer dissatisfaction with a design that was approved prior to production
All custom orders are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs significantly from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
-Your order number
-A description of the issue
-Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Upon review, we may offer:
-A replacement product
-A repair (where applicable)
-A full or partial refund
We reserve the right to request the return of the product before issuing a refund or replacement.
Ready-Made / Non-Personalised Products
For non-custom products purchased from our store, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item:
-Is unused and in original condition
-Is returned in its original packaging
-Is not damaged by misuse or handling after delivery
Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Production Variations
As each product is individually produced, slight variations may occur, including:
-Minor colour differences
-Small placement variations
-Differences between digital previews and printed products
These variations are considered normal and do not constitute a fault.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch orders within our advertised timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
-Postal or courier services
-Severe weather events
-Natural disasters
-Industrial action
-Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund.
Order Cancellations
Custom Orders
Custom orders may only be cancelled before production has commenced.
Once artwork preparation, printing, or production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Ready-Made Products
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, our standard return process applies.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair where required under Australian Consumer Law.
