By accessing our website or placing an order with Elite Sublimation Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Elite Sublimation Designs offers custom and ready-made products including metal prints and personalised items.

As many products are custom-made, slight variations in colour, appearance, and placement may occur and are considered normal.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

All information provided is accurate.

You are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

While we aim to keep our products and materials in stock, some items may occasionally be awaiting supplier stock or available for pre-order. Where applicable, customers will be advised of expected delays prior to ordering.

Any estimated stock arrival, production or completion dates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by supplier availability, freight delays or other circumstances outside our control.

If a significant delay occurs after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to discuss the available options

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

Payment must be received before production or shipment of any order.

We accept payment methods offered through our website, including approved third-party payment providers.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted images, wording, dates, and design details.

Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled due to change of mind.

Custom orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Some designs offered by Elite Sublimation Designs may be created, developed or enhanced using digital design tools, including artificial intelligence (AI).

Ready-to-print designs: AI and other digital design tools may be used as part of the creative and design process.

Custom-made designs: We may use AI and other digital design tools to help create, develop or refine artwork based on the ideas, preferences and instructions provided by the customer. Personalised prints using customer-supplied photographs or images: Where required to create, enhance or prepare customer-supplied photographs or images for printing, we may use third-party digital, cloud-based or AI-assisted image processing services. Customer-supplied images will only be provided to these services where reasonably necessary to prepare or fulfil the customer's order. We do not use customer-supplied photographs or images for advertising, promotional purposes or public display without the customer's permission.

The use of AI or digital design tools varies between products and orders and does not mean that all artwork or products offered by Elite Sublimation Designs are AI-generated.

All website content, logos, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and designs created by Elite Sublimation Designs remain our property unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions or authority to provide any photographs, images, artwork or other content submitted to Elite Sublimation Designs for reproduction, modification or printing. 

Customer-supplied content is otherwise handled in accordance with our Copyright & Customer Image Policy and Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Elite Sublimation Designs is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of profits

Delays caused by third parties

Errors arising from customer-supplied information

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

You agree not to:

-Use the website for unlawful purposes

-Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

-Interfere with the operation of the website

-Submit false or misleading information

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website.
