As many of our products are custom-made, production times may vary depending on the product ordered and current workload.

Estimated production times:

Personalised Metal Prints: 3–7 business days

Ready-Made Metal Prints: 1–3 business days

Production times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

If you require shipping outside Australia, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

South East Queensland: 1–3 business days

Regional Queensland: 2–5 business days

Interstate Metro Areas: 3–7 business days

Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

-Your order number

-Photographs of the damaged item

-Photographs of the packaging

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Elite Sublimation Designs is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information supplied at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

-Courier or postal service disruptions

-Severe weather events

-Natural disasters

-Industrial action

-Public holidays
