At Elite Sublimation Designs, we create custom products using customer-supplied images, artwork, logos, and designs. By submitting any content to us, you agree to the following terms.

By submitting an image, photograph, logo, design, artwork, or other content to Elite Sublimation Designs, you confirm that:

-You are the owner of the content; or

-You have obtained permission from the copyright owner to use the content; or

-The content is licensed for commercial use.

-You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any content submitted for printing.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains:

-Copyrighted content submitted without permission

-Trademarked logos or branding without authorisation

-Offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content

-Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others

Examples may include:

-Movie, TV, gaming, or anime characters

-Professional photographs owned by photographers

-Sports team logos

-Brand logos and trademarks

-Artwork belonging to another artist

Elite Sublimation Designs does not verify ownership of every image submitted.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

-You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions.

-You assume all liability relating to copyright or intellectual property claims.

-You indemnify Elite Sublimation Designs against any claims arising from the use of content you have supplied.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order where we reasonably believe the supplied content may infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

The quality of the final product depends on the quality of the image supplied.

Elite Sublimation Designs cannot guarantee print quality where:

-Low-resolution images are provided

-Images are heavily compressed

-Screenshots are submitted

-Images contain existing blur, pixelation, or artefacts

Where possible, we may provide advice or recommendations before production.

Every effort is made to accurately represent our products through the images displayed on our website. Product images are digital representations of the artwork and are intended to provide the closest possible preview of the finished metal print. 

Please note the actual colors, brightness and appearance may vary slightly due to factors including: 

- Screen and monitor settings

- Device calibrations

- Lighting conditions

- The reflective properties of our premium aluminum metal prints

Minor variations in color and finish do not constitute a fault or defect.

All dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly as part of the manufacturing process.

As each item is made to order, customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before purchase. 

Minor adjustments may be made to improve print quality, including:

-Cropping

-Resizing

-Brightness and contrast adjustments

-Colour enhancement

These adjustments are made at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

Where proofs or previews are supplied, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve:

-Spelling

-Dates

-Image selection

-Layout

-Design elements

Once approval is given and production has commenced, Elite Sublimation Designs is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.

Elite Sublimation Designs may offer digitally created artwork, concept artwork, or AI-assisted designs.

Where such artwork is supplied by Elite Sublimation Designs:

-The artwork remains subject to any applicable intellectual property rights.

-We reserve the right to decline requests that may infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or protected characters.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
